Today is Friday, May 3, 2013. (Temperature in the low 40s and rain all day- southeast Minnesota had a blizzard yesterday = 18 inches of snow in Blooming Prairie). My stats today: 10 minutes of yoga, 10 minutes lifting weights and 46 minutes of walking = 2.5 miles for a May total of 8.0 miles. My weight was 161.2 pounds.
