Pete's BLOG-Day 26,482. Part 15-U.S. corporate contributions in 2012 campaign

Today is Tuesday, May 21, 2013. My stats today: 10 minutes of yoga, 10 minutes on the ball and 40 minutes of walking = 2.2 miles for a May total of 43.2 miles. My weight was 162, 6 pounds.

QUOTE from OUR IOWA magazine: "Be willing to make decisions. That's the most important quality in a good leader." George Patton.

My THOUGHTS today are on Part 15 of corporate American dollar contributions to the 2012 presidential election. Today it is AIRLINES/AIR FREIGHT COMPANIES

CORPORATION  -  $AMOUNT  -  TO WHICH PARTY
106. UPS               - $2,331,745     -  65% to GOP
107. FedEx            - $1,841,226     - 70% to GOP
108. AMR
American Airlines - $810,947        - 69% to GOP
109. Textron
Bell Helicopters    - $495,451        - 73% to GOP
110. S,W. Airlines - $287,143       - 74% to GOP
111. Azul Airlines - $151,600       - 100% to GOP

At least the Democrats got about 30% from this group.
