Today I'm writing what I LEARNED about Lee Iacocca's eighth C in his list of nine traits of leadership. The eighth C is COMPETENT.

Iacocca says a leader has to be competent. That seems obvious, doesn't it? You've got to know what you are doing. More important than that, you've got to surround yourself with people who know what they're doing. A leader has to be a problem solver.

Then ninth and final C will be in my next post. It is two words and they begin with the intials
C _ _ _ _ _  S _ _ _ _. This one should be easy.
