Pete's BLOG-Day 26,341. My 2012 REPORT CARD.

Today is December 31, 2012 - New Year's Eve. My stats today: 10 minutes of yoga, 10 minutes of lifting weights and 55 minutes of walking =3.0 miles for a December total of 62 miles. My weight was 163.0 pounds.

My THOUGHTS TODAY: It has been 366 days since the last New Year's Eve. It is time to grade myself on the 366 days of 2012.
1. A+ = For maintaining my routine of doing yoga deep breathing for 8 minutes before I get out of bed in the morning.
2. A   = For walking at least 60 miles a month. I averaged just a tad over 60 miles a month- I averaged 60.1 miles a month.
3. A  = For walking at least 700 miles for the year-I walked 721 miles. The most I've walked is 838 in 2008. Since 2003 I've walked 7,105 miles.
4. A  = For keeping my weight under 165 pounds. I was at 163 pounds today.
5. A- = For being consistent in my routine of lifting weights and using the exercise ball.
6. A- = For being consistent in writing in my BLOG.
7. A+ = For reading magazines and books everyday to learn new stuff.
8. A  = For not smoking my pipe more than six times a day.
9. A-   = For campaigning at least 40 hours for Barack Obama. I didn't quite make 40 hours - it was more like 35.

I'm HAPPY - I like all those A's plus I made the Honor Roll.
